The Maxel J. Belnap Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Grants Pass High School in Oregon who are pursuing a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor's degree. Special consideration is given to students who have participated in music, art, athletics, or the Boy Scouts of America, or who have demonstrated citizenship, service, leadership, strong character, and positive values.
