The Mike and Pat Oxley Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Findlay High School who reside in Hancock County, Ohio. Students who demonstrate leadership through participation in extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
