Overview

The Harlan K. Ullman Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at Corning-Painted Post High School in New York who are passionate about making a difference in society and demonstrate high character and integrity. Students who plan to pursue a career in government policy, education, the military, or related public service, including roles in the private sector, are encouraged to apply.
