The Walter and Irene Dumais Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and graduates of Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, who are continuing their education. Recipients are chosen for their academic promise, community service, and extracurricular involvement.
