The African-American Community Foundation - Paul R. and Frieda M. Miller Memorial Scholarship is available to Black/ African American graduating seniors from high schools in Montgomery County, Ohio. Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in education from a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) are encouraged to apply.
