The Alisa Manning Peppers Emerging Leader Scholarship is available to incoming African American freshmen at The University of Texas at Austin who are residents of Houston, Texas. Students who demonstrate leadership in extracurricular activities and community involvement, along with financial need, are eligible to apply.
