The American Business Women’s Association - Saginaw Charter Chapter Scholarship is available to residents of Saginaw County, Michigan. Graduating high school seniors and college students enrolled at the undergraduate or graduate level are encouraged to apply. Additional consideration is provided for previous recipients of this scholarship.
