Butler-Wells Scholarship provides financial assistance to Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania residents attending college in those states. High school seniors or current college students are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to residents of Cincinnati or Piqua, or Miami County, Ohio.
