Carrie B. Hines Endowment Scholarship

Overview

The Carrie B. Hines Endowment Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who have participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Saginaw County, Michigan. Minority students who have volunteered at a Veteran's Health Administration hospital or clinic are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their commitment to service and their demonstration of financial need.
