Overview

The Charles J. Lieberth Scholarship is available to graduating seniors, **or** undergraduate or graduate students who are seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree in government or public service are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to employees of the City of Pittsburgh.
