Overview
The Christopher M. Cooper Memorial Scholarship is open to residents of Arlington County in Virginia. Applicants must be either a graduating high school senior from a designated school in Arlington County or a recipient of a GED or similar high school equivalency. Students who played on their high school baseball or softball team are eligible to apply.
