The Clair L. Hicks Food Science provides financial assistance to high school seniors, undergraduates, or graduates studying chemistry, engineering, food business, industry, science, microbiology, or other food-related fields. Students seeking an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students attending a Kentucky college or university.
