Curry Award for Girls and Young Women

Overview

The Curry Award for Girls and Young Women is granted to women who have overcome significant hardships to stay in school and are residents of San Mateo County, California. Graduating high school seniors, graduates, and GED recipients seeking a full-time associate or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who attended or currently attend East Palo Alto Academy, Eastside College Prep, Menlo-Atherton, Sequoia, Carlmont, and San Mateo high schools, as well as residents of East Palo Alto, East Menlo Park, Redwood City, and San Mateo, California.
