Overview

The Davis Islands Garden Club Scholarship in Memory of Dottie Womble is awarded to graduating high school seniors from Hillsborough County, Florida, who plan to study a natural science field. Special consideration is given to students who have attended one or both camps sponsored by the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs: Camp Wekiva, for younger children, and SEEK (Save the Earth’s Environment through Knowledge), for teens.
