The Dr. Gwen Steeley Memorial Scholarship is available to students who are graduating seniors from a high school in Berkeley or Jefferson counties in West Virginia. Students who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree at a college or university in West Virginia are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are seeking a degree in teaching.
