Overview

The Dr. Margaret Y. Oda Scholarship program is offered to students seeking a degree in education. Residents of Hawai'i who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Previous year recipients, graduates of Hilo and Kaiser high schools in Hawai'i are given special consideration.
