E.U. and Gene Parker Scholarship

Overview

The E.U. and Gene Parker Scholarship honors E.U. and Gene Parker, who were leaders of the National Federation of the Blind and strongly supported its work. The scholarship offers financial support to students who are legally blind in both eyes and are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Finalists are expected to attend the National Convention of the National Federation of the Blind in July.
