The Edgar H. and Lillie Mae Vaughn Presidential Honors Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen students who are planning to attend Tyler Junior College Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree in engineering are eligible to apply. Recipients will be expected to participate in the Presidential Honors Program.
