Estelle Martin Cartledge Memorial Scholarship

Overview

The Estelle Martin Cartledge Memorial Scholarship program recognizes high school graduates who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree. African American students are strongly encouraged to apply. Residents of the Mon Valley of Pennsylvania (Braddock, Duquesne, Homestead, Monongahela, North Braddock, Rankin, Turtle Creek, or West Mifflin) and students who attend Morning Star Baptist Church receive special consideration.
