Fostering Hope Scholarship

Overview

The Fostering Hope Scholarship is awarded to residents of West Virginia who are current or former foster care students or emancipated minors who wish to further higher education in an educational institution. Students who exhibit academic promise, good character, and citizenship are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to residents of Wood County, West Virginia.
