Frances S. Watanabe Memorial Scholarship

Overview

The Frances S. Watanabe Memorial Scholarship supports members of HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union. Residents who particpate in community service and demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who were awarded in the immediate prior year and to those who enroll in a vocational education program.
