The General James A. Van Fleet Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled or planning to enroll at Polk State College who participate in the Florida Southern College Basic Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC). Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
