Overview

The Harold and Elsie Koob Scholarship supports residents of Iowa who have faced and persevered through personal obstacles as they continue their postsecondary education. Students from across the state, with particular consideration given to individuals from Black Hawk, Bremer, and Buchanan counties in Iowa, are encouraged to apply.
