The Carl R. Black Memorial Cedar Valley Scholarship Fund supports seniors graduating from Waterloo West High School in Waterloo, Iowa, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who demonstrate the academic ability and commitment needed to succeed in their chosen program of study are encouraged to apply.
