Overview

The Heather Clair Miller Salisbury State University is available to female graduating seniors who plan to attend Salisbury University. Students seeking a bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students from Wicomico County, if no eligible students are found then awarded to students from Worchester County, Dorchester County, and Somerset County, Maryland, and those facing academic challenges due to rural or high-need status.
