Overview

The Hines Women’s Empowerment Scholarship supports female students from Black Hawk County, Iowa, as they continue their postsecondary education. Applicants who have demonstrated resilience by overcoming personal obstacles and who show the ability to succeed academically are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates and eligible adult learners returning to education.
