The I. L. Sonny Friedman Presidential Honors Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen students who are planning to attend Tyler Junior College.. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree in a science-related field are eligible to apply. Recipients will be expected to participate in the Presidential Honors Program.
