Jack and Carol Kelly Scholarship

Overview

The Jack and Carol Kelly Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and graduates of high schools in Clark County, Washington **or** Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington counties in Oregon **or** children of employees of Instrument Sales & Services, Inc. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students planning to attend a vocational or technical college, continue their career training through a trade apprenticeship program, pursue a course of study leading to a career in business, or work more than 10 hours per week.
