Overview

The Jim B. and Gladys James Russell Memorial Scholarship is available to incoming students at The University of Texas at Austin who demonstrate outstanding character, citizenship, and scholastic achievement and financial need. Special consideration is given to students from the East Texas area, including those from Jefferson, Kilgore, and Longview.
