The Judge Roy L. Roulhac, J.Y. and Gehazel Rolack Scholarship is available to African American graduating seniors or current college students who are attending or planning to attend Chipola College and are residents of Jackson County, Florida. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students with academic excellence, leadership, financial need, and a genuine desire to persevere with integrity.
