The MassNAHRO Past Presidents Memorial Scholarship is available to residents, employees, and commissioners (and their families) of agencies affiliated with the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (MassNAHRO). Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
