The Napoleon Jones, III Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in zip codes 92113, 92114, and 92115, or graduating from Crawford, Morse, Lincoln, Hoover, San Diego (in downtown San Diego) high schools, and the School for the Creative and Performing Arts in San Diego, California.
