Overview

The Northeast Neighborhood Endowed Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are residents of the northeast neighborhood community of Harrisonburg in Virginia and who exhibit strong character, determination, self-motivation, and leadership skills. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
