Overview

The O. Earl & Tina Elliot Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen from Vigo County, Indiana, who are enrolled at Indiana State University College of Business. Special consideration is given to students pursuing a degree in accounting, management, or management information systems and those who have demonstrated leadership, community service, or a strong work ethic.
