The Oregon College Savings Plan’s Diversity in Leadership Scholarship is available to underrepresented and diverse students who are graduating seniors or graduated from an Oregon high school and are residents of Oregon. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
