Overview

The Patricia L. Hartman and Lois C. Hartman Scholarship is available to graduating seniors or have graduated from high schools in Bexar County, Texas. Students who are seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students from the Alamo Heights ISD.
