The Philadelphia Chapter WTS Transportation YOU High School Scholarship is available to high school seniors in the Philadelphia area who are interested in studying in a field of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). Students who plan to pursue a career in a transportation-related field are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to female or underrepresented students.
