The Reuben R. Cowles Youth Award Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are residents of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia and are members of the American Jersey Cattle Association (AJCA). Students seeking a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
