Overview

The Rev. Dr. Roosevelt and Dr. Nurame Austin, Sr. Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students planning to pursue a certification or degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of leadership in both community service and extracurricular activities.
