The Richard "Longy" and Eleanor "Sluggo" Okamoto Kamalii Manaloa Volleyball Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are Hawai'i residents. Members of a high school varsity volleyball team are encouraged to apply, with preference given to first-generation college students.
