Overview

The Richard C. Martin Memorial Scholarship offers merit-based financial assistance to the dependent children of Florida Independent Concrete Associated Products (FICAP) full-time employees. Special consideration is given to students in concrete-related studies, engineering, architectural, building construction, or business programs in Florida or other selected schools.
