Overview

The Robert L. Vann Scholarship Fund is available to graduating seniors from public high schools in Pittsburgh. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement.
