Overview

The Roberta B. Willis Need-Merit Scholarship Program is available to graduating high school seniors or graduates who reside in Connecticut. Students who are attending or planning to attend a 2-4 year college or university full-time are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their strong academic standing and demonstration of financial need.
