Overview

The Ruth Regina Halcli Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and current college students who reside in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students pursuing a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their strong academic standing as well as participation in extracurricular activities, work, and community service.
