Overview
The Ruth Williams Neabling and Richard Neabling Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who reside in the cities or towns of Neenah or Wautoma, or attend Wautoma High School in Wautoma, Wisconsin. Special consideration will be given to members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Neenah and Grace United Methodist Church in Wautoma.
