The Sidney Rex Moughon Scholarship is available to nontraditional students or graduating seniors from Camp, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Upshur, or Wood counties in Texas. Students who plan to seek an associate or bachelor's degree in Texas are welcome to apply.
