Overview

The Stanley G. Tate Project STARS Scholarship is open to high school junior students under 21 years of age in Florida. It is designed for students who are committed to staying crime and drug-free and come from economically disadvantaged households. U.S. citizens or resident aliens are encouraged to apply.
