Overview

The Stuart and Lucille Armstrong Scholarship is available to members of the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of West Virginia. Students who exhibit good character, leadership skills, and spiritual commitment are encouraged to apply. St. Christopher Episcopal Church members in Charleston, West Virginia receive special consideration.
