Overview
The Supervisor Jim Dougherty Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from high schools in Moorpark or Simi Valley who will enroll at one of the Ventura County community colleges, OR rising college sophomores enrolled at a Ventura County community college are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to past recipients of the Supervisor Jim Dougherty Scholarship and AB540 students.
