The Tarrant County Education Endowment Scholarship is available to residents of Tarrant County, Texas, who are high school seniors, undergraduate students, graduates, or doctoral candidates. Students enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
